I certainly did.  I apologise for the confusion.  The problem would seem to be that as soon as I clicked activate account on the first e-mail, it took me to the download section.  I downloaded the software and as it installed it prompted for the L/Key.  Hence my posting.  I then received the second e-mail but even though this includes the key - it was not obvious and I would never had noticed it had you not pointed it out to me.

Maybe you need to consider putting the information on the website that a key will be sent to help the impatient/stupid like myself :-)

@david Thats understandable, the licensing key was in the order confirmation email. @Marc-Antoine But what about the licensing key for Radiotracker?

Caused by hard disk failure i've lost the email howi can ask for a cpoy? thnks

@Crystal This special build of Radiotracker doesn't require a serial key. It's not the free version but it's not the platinum version either. If you had Radiotracker free already installed, I believe you need to uninstall it first.
