SystemSuite 12 install problem

I bought SystemSuite 12 Pro and downloaded it to replace my SystemSuite 11.  When I tried to install 12, it told me I had to uninstall SS 11 Pro first.  It seemed to me like the install program for SS 12 could take care of that for me, but OK, whatever.  So I ran the uninstall program for SS 11 Pro, no problem, it completed fine, and I then obediently rebooted the computer. 

I tried again to install SystemSuite Pro 12 and got an error message that says "We have detected that you have Avanquest Virus ScannerPro installed on your computer."  It goes on to tell me that it will install SS 12 Pro but NOT the anti-malware engine, not until I remove the one already on my computer. 

Therein lies the problem.  I ran the SS 11 Pro uninstall program and there is NOT a separate uninstaller listed under Avanquest or VCOM or TrendMicro or Virus ScannerPro or anything else I could think of.  So, where is this virus scanner the SS12 Pro is detecting when I try to install it and how do I get rid of it so I can install SS12 Pro completely?  Can you please help?
