right click on icon produces error message

I have Powerdesk 8.5 but I had to uninstal it because it seems to have Lt files (Lead Technology) which cause a problem:

When I right click on any icon on the desktop (except shortcuts) I get this message:

"program can't start because Ltfilu.dll is missing"

I've tried everything I know (I discovered in the Powerdesk files there were Lt files: are they supposed to be there?

Only by uninstalling Powerdesk does this problem go away.

How did those Lead Tech files get there OR are they part of Powerdesk?

I want to use Powerdesk -- I've been using it for years.

Thanks for any help.
