PowerDesk 8.4.1.12 error

I have used the windows 7 "Programs and Features" to uninstall PowerDesk Pro. 8.4.1.12 as I was told to do by support.  I also used the downloaded "PowerDesk Cleanup Tool" after the installation, as suggested, to clean up any unnecessary registry entries left from PowerDesk.   I was told that this would more than likely
resolve this problem, so I was all for it having the clean up tool.  I uninstalled it before without the tool & it did not resolve it.  I re-installed PowerDesk Pro. 8.4.1.12 & it was running fine, & much longer, about 3 hours or so error free.  It then poppped up as follows:

IN THE DIALOG BOX IT READS:  C:\Users\HuddJas\Local Settings is not accessible!  I click to close it.  After that closes I get another message:  C:\Users\HuddJas\My Documents is not accessible!  I click to close it.  After that closes I get another message:  C:\Users\HuddJas\NetHood is not accessible!  I click to close it.  After that closes I get another message:  C:\Users\HuddJas\PrintHood is not accessible!  Now after I close out the last message, the lettering of my C:\Users\HuddJas folder is all distorted, un-readable, & the glitch causes it to freeze up.  This makes me have to close out PowerDesk by using Task Manager.  I have no clue on how to resolve this.  Can anyone help?  Thank you

Hello James,

If it run with out error for several hours then crashes, I would first look to any back ground applications you have. Disable all start up items then run Power Desk. See if the issue goes away. If it does then you fna add back start up items one at a time until you can locate the one causing the issue.
