I just loaded Photo Impact Pro and then began installing bonus software. When I click on FantaMorph I get a Trojan Horse Virus alert once the download begins. What seems to be the problem? Should I be issued another disc that isn't corrupt?

Ray,
In all likelihood, this is because your anti-virus software is registering a false positive. You can try getting another disc, but programs are typically made off of one master disc. So, you will probably end up with the same message trying to install it from another disc.

The set up is not taking the serial code provided with the program. I have entered it several times just as it appears and it will not take the code. Help!

Loading My Software
I bought Hallmark Card Studio for Mac. Every time I use it asks for my serial number. I add it and click unlock but it does nothing. What am I doing wrong?
