Does anyone know how to get rid of the program "PC Cleaners"? Have gone onto google search and found two descriptions of how to delete it from my XP computer registry but I still cannot get the anti malware portion of Fix-it Utilities to load. It says that PC Cleaners is still installed! If I can't resolve this, I'll be forced to return this program within the 90 day money back guarantee period.

Please try the steps below
· 1 Click "Start" and "Control Panel."2
Navigate to "Security" > "Security Center" > "Other Security Settings."
3 Click "Restore My Internet Security Settings now." This will remove any manually set entries within Windows Security Center, restoring the default settings.
Now run the install
