ResolvedFix-It Utilities 11 Pro installation

I am using Windows XP S/P3. After uninstalling my McAfee Security Suite and Fix-it 10 as instructed, I attempted to install Fix-It 11.  I received the following message;

Threat Definition Error

Error(s) occured during Threat Definition file copy.  Please run update check after finishing installation.     OK

After pressing OK I receive the following;

Fatal Error

Installation ended prematurely because of an error   OK

After pressing OK the install aborts.

On the next attempt, after the Wise Installation Wizard runs, I get the following message;

Install

Corrupt installation detected.  Check source media or re-download.

How can I complete my installation of Fix-It Utilities 11 Pro.

Hello Grady,

When you ran the install it gave you two options for installing the virus files. One was to install from disk the other was to down load. Which ever option you selected try the other option. See if it will then complete the install.

I am confused. I am having the very same problem starting at the Wise Installation Wizard. The blue bar gets 95% then stops saying

Corrupt installation detected.  Check source media or re-download.

My installation NEVER gave me an option for installing Virus Files.  HELP
