While doing a scan Repairing Problems Registry Fixer the program crashes. I uninstalled program and ran AQcleanup.exe and then re-installed Fix-It. The program continued to crash?

Please try running the Registry Defrag tool first. See if it will complete. If it does then run the Registry Fixer.
