in OS & Utilities Channel,
1. I'm getting message "Your Internet speed settings could not be completely optimized".
2. When run Temporary files cleaner it crashes with message "Fix It has stopped working".
Other tests run O.K.
I've connected to Customer support via Live chat and was told uninstall and reinstall Fix It. I did it but everything stays just same. Is there any help with this problem? I have Windows 7.

1. Reboot the computer make sure no other programs are running as well as all browsers are closed. Now try the tool.
2. Please go to the Tools tab in your browser (s) manually delete the browsing history. Do this for every installed browser on the system. Once you have done this, run the tool again and see if it will run with out freezing.
