Hi, I bought Fix-it Utilities 11 professional and can't seem to get it to enable active defense or email defense. I have un installed and re installed many times and still can't get it to work. Every time I try the program stops responding. I am running win vista basic.
*I do not think I have a problem with disc as it installed good on my win 7 laptop...

Enable Active and Email Defense
I do not seem to be able to enable active defense and email defense. I click on enable of each one and click on ok but it does not seem to stick. Any advice? Thanks, Kim
