after update statusmonitor engine could not be loaded at this time

With the latest update the statusengine monitor isnt starting.  I've tried rebooting my system and that doesnt work.

Hello Robert,

For this issue, the best course of action would be to reinstall the program. Please ensure you have the original program disc or downloaded installation file and then perform the following:


1) Uninstall the program via the Add/Remove Programs in Windows.

2) After the program is uninstalled, browse to the following location:


C:\Program Files\Avanquest


3) If the program's name appears in any of the sub-folder(s), please delete the sub-folder(s).

4) Restart your computer.

5) Reinstall the program from the original disc or download installation file.

Okay I deleted the program.  I would use the disc I purchased but it was corrupt.  I got an download link from you on 8/8/12.  Can you sent that link to me again?

I ran into the same problem after a recent update. I don't have an update disc and it looks like I didn't save a copy of the download as I usually do. So basically I'm out of luck with 252 days left on the subscription.

Is the Registry Fixer still working on this corrupt version? It seems to go thru the motions of working.

Am I better off going back to version 11 which have back ups for?
