No, you can't install FaultWire on your French Windows.
Fault Wire doesn't support right now installation on non English systems, as the filtering is highly language dependent. It wil come latter

Sorry to say, right now it's English centric, due to some complex language filtering. We'll be looking to support additional languages in the future.
