How do I download and install apps from the Ultimate App Pack 2 - Android? 

Please note, if these steps are different for your exact tablet, I would suggest contacting Acer support. 
I have read that for certain Acer tablets, it is under  Settings -> Security -> Device Administration. However, if you do not find it their either, contact Acer Support for the exact steps for your system.
