sync problems

I had to reload my software after purchasing a new computer with Win7 OS ---- Everything seems to work fine (no error messages) but It will not update my Moto/ Razr phone. The old calendar is there, but no updates are being added.  I use the one-way sync for the calendar only.  

It goes thru the whole process and reports done with no errors, but there is no update either.

What is going on??
