What do I do?

I am still having problems with my WebEasy8 program.  I have uninstalled it and re-installed it and it still has problems.  I did notice one thing that is happening that might be the problem.

When I go to run WebEasy a window pops up and this is what it says:

Your license has expired or cannot be verified or activated.  You must entera valid serial number before continuing.

I enter the serial number that came with the program and it works until the next time I wish to use it and then the window pops up and I have to go through this all over again.

As far as my Publishing problem I was having earlier, I will have to wait until my check comes in to see if that works.

WHAT DO I DO?

Thanks,

John

John,

You may want to submit a trouble ticket with your serial number so that we can make sure that it is still valid. Have you made any security changes on your system recently? Such as a new firewall or antivirus program, or a new router that may have a built in firewall installed?
