I'm using a Google Calendar and we're trying to set up an easy way for people to sign up/register for some of the events in the calendar. Any suggestions on what I can use or do? I'm open to visitor or guest books, Evite type of applications, address books, or something else.

Unfortunately how you design your website is up to you. However, once you find the method that best fits your needs, you can use the custom script assistant to insert that custom coding onto your page.
