Hi everyone,
I was just reading a few of the threads and ran accross something that caught my attention. It appears that there has been an upgrade for WE8 to WE8. 006 or something like that. I was never notified of this update and I wonder why.
Arthur Karanfilian mentioned one change of particular interest, eCommerce.
• WebEasy Hosting e‐commerce object improvements. Updating the scripts to be able to have on the same html page, both ‘Add to basket’ and ‘Info’ buttons, related to the same product.
The 2 buttons mentioned are very important in my opinion and I would like to have the ability on my sites.
Shan Rogers,
Are there any updates coming that would include new templates?
I would like to see (Workable)Templates for such things as Blogs, eBay stores, and eCommerce sites in general. Places like Blogger offer the ability to create your own blog but Website Templates just don't quite cut-the-mustard.
So now, does anyone else have any ideas?

OOPS! I forgot! How do I go about getting this upgrade? Oh Yeah, is it FREE?

John,
The update is a free update from within the program. To check which version you have installed, click on Help >> About WebEasy.
To check for updates, click on Help >> Check For Updates.

Thanks again Arthur! One more question.
When I start my WebEasy, it prompts me to register my copy, I have already registered it. Does it matter if I reregister it? or, Should I continue to tell it I will register it later?

John,
There is no problem with registering it again. This will generally occur if you had reinstalled the program, or ran any registry cleaning programs that might have deleted a registry key in relations to WebEasy. You can either re-register, or let it as is. Either way is fine.

I've had some problems with updates in the past so when things are working just fine, I leave well enough alone, you know? Heh.
If I feel like an upgrade is not something I'm particularly interested in, I leave it until the next official release.
Let's hope that v9 (incorporating HTML 5?) has some of the changes we've been asking for, for uh a very long time. :)

The problem was my computer did a refresh to before I had upgraded to WE8. I had forgotten that I had to reload WE8.
Now I have a problem with my "Preview". When I preview my site and jump from page to page, it pulls up pages from another site. Once I upload my site, the problem does not exist. So I have decided to build my site on-line and not off-line like I preferr.
