Trouble with my WebEasy8

Well. it's been some time since I last used this site but I have been very upset with my WebEasy8.  The problem I am having is:  I can not start my program without entering the Serial Number each and every time.  Along with all that, I cannot publish a site.  I can get to the part where I enter my personal data and everything works OK except for the (Individual/Business) request where there is nothing to choose from and it won't allow me to type in the information.

This is when I use the Preferred method of uploading.  The other option is not working either but I am not concerned about that at this time.

1.  Must input Serial Number each time I load WebEasy8.

2.  Will not let me Publish with preferred method.

John

Hello John,

1) Did you do any updates to your system, or updated any programs, or installed any programs right before you began to encounter this problem? Have you tried to reinstall the program yet?

2) The preferred method is to use our hosting services. I tried to do a search with your last name and found no customers matching that name.

Hey Arthur,

I have not updated or added any programs for some time.  About 4 months ago I updated my WebEasy program and since that time I have had to input my serial number every time I want to use it.

I have tried re-installing it several times with no luck.  I am not sure what is going on, I guess I will have to buy a new program.

As for u8sing preferred way, Where it says "You Are" the choice is blank and it will not allow me to type in the box,  That's as far as I can go.

Thanks

John,

You may want to try uninstalling the program, then running a registry defrag/cleaning utility to remove any registry entries that are left over. Once that is done, try reinstalling the program.

As for other issue, I am not understanding what you are referring to. I do not see any screens that state "You Are". Also, as I mentioned previously, I do not see any hosting accounts using our hosting services with your name. Is the account under another name?
