Is there anybody that can help me. I am btotally new at web design and I am battling to transfer my files to FTP Max or publishing them. I do not know what to put in the connect profile box. I am connected to the internet through a wireless router. Also in the remote access host name and user identifier, I am not sure what to put in there and what post to use in the general tab and on the firewall I do not know what to use. Any help will be much appreaciated. Thank you.

Who is your hosting provider? Have you signed up with a hosting provider yet? Your hosting provider is who will provide you with the Host Name, User ID and Password fields.
The Profile field is whatever you would like to name the profile. It is to simply save the data you have inputted so that you do not need to retype it every time you wish to publish your website.
