I took advantage of this offer. I ran into a problem and could not get my sight up and running. The three months ended and I am being charged every month. Oh, I am not so worried but it would be nice to use that $15 a month. The problem is, I can't remember the Log-in info, the site name, or anything dealing with the host. I have had a stroke and, for the life of me, I can't remember a single thing about it.
I have tried to contact the host but I can't seem to find a phone number or a ticket process. Like I said, I am not so worried about the money but I would like to use the account if I am going to pay for it.
My question:
How do I get in touch with support and retrieve myinformation.
