Hello Israel,

You may receive a dialog informing you that Microsoft Office is configuring itself.

This may occur if you have installed Office or Outlook and have not used some of the system HTML features updated by this installation. If you receive this message you should follow the on screen instructions and install any components as requested.

Tip

User may stop asking the above question every time WebEasy is going to use the Rich Text item:

Open Control Panel

Choose Add Remove Programs, dialog is open

Select Outlook (or any MS Office) product from the list of the installed software

Choose File/Change from menu, "Microsoft Update Features Outlook 2000" dialog is open

Choose Add/Remove Features action 6. Expand tree with CD options and locate "HTML Source Editing"

Modify this options from "On First Run" to "Not Available"

Click on "Update" button and complete the modification as required

User may need to use the Microsoft Office (Outlook) CD as original installation, especially when modifying the other options.
