I had a hard drive "meltdown" on my laptop and had to re-install my WebEasy Pro 8. However, when I start the software I get a message telling me the serial number has already been used and therefore the software cannot run. I need to update our website but can't do so because it was designed in WebEasy Pro 6 and 8. How do I get past this so I can once again use the WebEasy Pro 8?

Please visit our support page and contact our technical support team directly. Please make sure to have your current serial number available and provide it to them and they will be able to assist you with this matter.

error message about serial number
