Message regarding serial number being previously used

I had a hard drive "meltdown" on my laptop and had to re-install my WebEasy Pro 8.  However, when I start the software I get a message telling me the serial number has already been used and therefore the software cannot run.  I need to update our website but can't do so because it was designed in WebEasy Pro 6 and 8.  How do I get past this so I can once again use the WebEasy Pro 8?
