Hello Gloria,
What is the default mail client you have installed on your system?
Can you please provide us the URL to the webpage containing the form so that we may test it out here?

The URL is http://www.source1realty.ca/album2_006.htm and the default mail is info@source1realty.ca. Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but hopefully you'll be able to help me out! Thanks

Gloria,
I was able to submit a comment "testing" using the form without any problems. What is your default mail client, not your e-mail address. If you do not have a mail client installed (such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail, etc.) you will not be able to submit the form. The form uses the html mailto: command which uses the viewers mail client to send the form data.
