Error Message on WebEasy software

I am trying to utilize the WebEasy software I purchased at my computer at work. However, I am getting this error message when I try to open up the website that I built from my flashdrive: "It appears that the serial # [...} ...was already used. Therefore, this software can not run with this serial number."

Thanks for any advice on this matter.

So when you create a new project, you encounter that same serial number, correct?

Please visit our support page and submit a trouble ticket. In the trouble ticket, explain all this and include your serial number. This way, we can check the status of the serial number to ensure that it is still in good standing.

I have successfully loaded the Web Easy Professional 8.0 program onto my computer at work, but I am not able to actually use it. I want to be able to update the website I have created from work.

We have reset your serial number, so it should now work properly. However, I strongly suggest that you please edit your post and remove the serial number so that other users do not use it. If other users use your serial number to install the program, it will cause the serial number to become invalid once again.

It is never a good idea to post serial numbers on a public medium where anyone can view it and use it.

I am sorry to only now be responding, but YES the software is now functioning fine.

Peter,

The problem for me was resolved after my serial number was reset. Soft City will need to do that for you. Arthur Karanfilian has been a great support with the few issues I have had with the software. I have been able to get his help through this soft city medium. Sorry that I'm no more help than that.

This program comes with a one user license. This means it can only be installed on one system at a time. This is something that you have agreed to during the installation, as it is part of the End User License Agreement.

If you wish to install the program on multiple computers, you must purchase multiple licenses.

Please visit our support page and submit an e-mail trouble ticket. Include your serial number in that e-mail. Please do NOT post your serial number here, as this is a public medium and any user would then be able to use your serial number.
