Considering that Softcity is by nature a work in progress, should you not open a specific Softcity category instead of having it into Internet & Networking?
This will help users to interact on the project and issue recommandations.
As an exemple, I would like to suggest the creation of a logo image bank to associate with the logo choice in the New discussion screen. It's such a small suggestion that I would feel better if there is a placeholder for such comments which are not interesting for most Softcity citizens...

We do have some ideas for a tool to allow our citizens to suggest ideas for SoftCity. It's not in the next release but should come out sometime soon.
