I own and use Print Artist 12 and like it a lot, do not want to change, It will not run on my new Windows 7 64 bit computer, what am I doing wring or are there new drivers?

That version of Print Artist is no longer under development. In fact, the company that made that version of Print Artist no longer makes Print Artist. Maybe someone else on the site has experience trying to install that version on Windows 7 64bit. The best that I can recommend is upgrading to a newer version that was designed to run on Windows 7.
