On February 01, 2013 I purchased InPixio Photo Clip 5.0 from Avanquest Software and received an email containing the Serial Number 11FD-0311-KUSE-GBRU-Y315-6GVW. I had no trouble installing the program. However, every-time I attempt to start the program, I get a popup that tells me that there is an invalid or no serial number and to click the 'activate' button to remove the screen. Then I get another popup to enter a serial number. Which causes a red X to appear and I am again informed that the serial number is not valid. Please let me know what is wrong and how I can correct this.
I uninstalled the original program and downloaded a new copy under My Account. Re-Installed the program again. No problem with the installation BUT the same trobles with the activation.
