Order # 1052058836 InPixio Photo Clip 5.0

On February 01, 2013 I purchased InPixio Photo Clip 5.0 from Avanquest Software and received an email containing the Serial Number 11FD-0311-KUSE-GBRU-Y315-6GVW.  I had no trouble installing the program. However, every-time I attempt to start the program,  I get a popup that tells me that there is an invalid or no serial number and to click the 'activate' button to remove the screen. Then I get another popup to enter a serial number. Which causes a red X to appear and I am again informed that the serial number is not valid. Please let me know what is wrong and how I can correct this.

I uninstalled the original program and downloaded a new copy under My Account.  Re-Installed the program again. No problem with the installation BUT the same trobles with the activation.

PLEASE HELP!

It appears that InPixio Photo Clip is only available for purchase off of the Avanquest UK site. The support listed on this site is for products sold out of Avanquest North America. You probably need to contact the Avanquest UK support on the following page:
