will not move off "loading image"
Program was loaded with 8-disc cd-rom

I am not sure I understand. The Preview option does not allow you to change cards. All it does is display a preview image of the card. When you double-click the card itself, it should take to the actual design screen where you can make changes. So, are you trying to Preview the card without making changes to it? Or are you trying to open the card to make changes to it?
