SECOND SUBMISSION! When we attempt to use the second program, Safari Rescue, on the Go Diego Go program, # 17455, it keeps giving an error that the program will not load. Please provide a replacement disc for that program. The bar code on the package is 27298 40850. The program was purchased at the Apple Store in Parks City Mall, Lancaster, PA

If you need a replacement disc, I suggest that you submit a ticket to Nova Development's Technical Support department. They should be able to order you a replacement disc.

a problem burning SVCD and DVD discs using MemoriesOnTV
when trying to burn a disc it it keeps telling me to put in a disc and there is one in. if i ask it to burn a DVD it wants a unlock code. i do not have a unlock code that i know of.
