The best thing would be to simply Google something like "free online personal finance software" (of course, in French) and see what pops up.

The best known book keeping software in the UK is from SAGE.  They have offices in France (I believe they were originally called Saari and this was owned by Jean Guetta, who was the Chairman of Emme)....the Sage site is : http://www.sage.fr/

Of course the other company that is bound to have a budget version of such a product is MicroApplication - there's very few genres of PC product that they dont have
