Dave,

Thank you for providing that information. I am not sure what is happening with the program. It certainly seems that you should have a sufficient resolution setting to allow you to run the program. Have you tried changing your resolution to see if that would make a difference? You may want to try testing one or two other resolution settings to see if that allows the program to run. If you have an 800x600 setting, that would be an ideal one to test first.

Yes, I have tried different resolutions...no change. I will try another un-install and see what happens.

Dave,

Thank you for confirming that for me. Did reinstalling the program make any difference? Also, did you happen to have an 800x600 resolution to test with? If not, what is the lowest resolution that you have to test with?

Robby,

Problem is solved. It was hiding in plain sight. I had changed the icons and text to the larger size and when I switched back to the medium size the program worked beautifully. So, even though the dialog box said there was a conflict with screen area/resolution and what the program was identifying I never put 2 and 2 together until I started to re-check Windows personalization settings. One thing led to another and I discovered what the possible problem was, so I reset the display settings and voila! A "I shoulda had a V-8" moment. Thanx for your help.

Dave,

I am glad to hear you were able to resolve your issue. Thank you for letting us know. For my clarification, was it the DPI settings you changed that corrected the issue?

Dave Godar says:

To Robby E.

Yes, it was the DPI settings. 150% does not work with Berlitz Premier. 125% and under works fine.
