I know my way around Photo Explosion. This is a new problem. When I edit a photo, and reopen it the picture is all pixal I havent changed anything. This has never happend. However my photos are damaged. So if theres anyone out there that has had this problem or know how to fix it please let me know.

Thank you, Yvonne

Yvonne,

Unfortunately, I have never heard of a problem like this with the program. If the program was working correctly before and this is a newly developed problem, I would look to see what has changed in the intervening time.

Rarely does a program spontaneously change to develop problems. As a test, you can try to reinstall the program to see if that corrects the issue. If it does, then it may be that the program had become corrupted somehow.

If the problem persists after reinstalling, then it is likely some outside factor contributing to the problem. In that case, I would look to see if any other programs were installed/uninstalled during that time. Or perhaps a program received an update or Windows itself was updated. Basically, you are looking for whatever may have changed on the computer between the time it was last working and when you noticed the problem. If you can determine what may be causing the issue, you may be able to reverse whatever change was made to your system.

Yvonne, I presume that you are not using Windows 7. Photo Explosion 3.0 will not work on Windows 7. That pixillating effect can sometimes occur if you attempt to use PE 3.0 on Windows 7.

This is a subject that has been discussed elsewhere on this forum.
