Photo Explosion Workshop 4 is not installing to my computer.

I put the cd into my cd drive and it does not automatically start running.  i tried going into the F drive to get more information to get it installed, but my system states there is not a CD in that drive.  I just recently purchased a Dell printer and had to use a cd to install that and it worked fine.  unfortunately, this cd is not installing into my system.  Can you please help?

Jessica,

Are you sure that the disc is a CD? It may be that the disc is a DVD requiring a DVD-ROM drive. Your description of the problem sounds like what happens when a DVD is inserted into a CD-ROM drive.

Jessica,

It may be that the disc requires a dual layer DVD-ROM drive. But, I do not think that is very likely. Those types of discs are for a lot of information. I do not think the Photo Explosion Workshop has a particularly large amount of information for the program. Do you happen to have access to another computer with a DVD-ROM drive? I would be interested to see if it reads in another drive.

If that is not an option, or it still fails to read on the other drive, the only thing I can suggest is to submit a ticket to Nova Development's Technical Support department. They should be able to order a replacement disc for you.
