I have now installed Hallmark 2013. How do I transfer all the info I have from my Hallmark 2011 address book to the Hallmark 2013 program?
Also the reminders for the 2011 program never worked!!

Geri,
When you first launch the Event Planner in 2013, you should receive a prompt to import all your information from 2011. You just want to select the option that allows it to import the information and it should bring in all your Address Book information.
Regarding your Reminders issue, what precise was the problem with that in 2011? How precisely did it not work?
