When I try to open the Art Studio I get a notice "Hallmark Card Studio 2012 has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available"
I can get in my saved projects and the cards.

There is a known issue where this will happen if you click on the Art Studio button immediately after launching the program. The developers are aware of this issue and are working on an update to correct the problem. In the meantime, you can get around this by clicking on one of the categories on the right-hand side, then going back to the main screen before clicking on Art Studio. For example:
1) Launch Hallmark Card Studio 2012
2) Click on Birthdays
3) Click on Back
4) Click on Art Studio.
