My serial number has 29 (including dashes) digits. Got this prompt:
"Is your serial code too long? Some of the serial codes were generated with too
many digits. If your serial code is 29 (including dashes) digits long, please enter
only the last 19 (including dashes) digits of your serial code."
However, the boxes for the input of the serial number only accepts 16 digits. Four boxes, four digits each.
