In order for us to assist you, we will need more information about your issue.  What do you mean by "I can't open Greeting Card Factory for Mac"?  Is nothing happening when you try to launching the program?  Is something happening but it never fully opens?  Are there any error messages?  If so, what is the exact wording to the error message you are receiving?  Please provide us as much information as possible in order for us to assist you with your issue.

Have you tried reinstalling Greeting Card Factory for Mac?  You may want to try that next.  Also, if you do so, make sure you search the computer for the word "greeting".  You should find a preferences file somewhere under your user Library folder.  You will want to remove this from the computer with the rest of the program's installation.  Then, reinstall the program from the installation disc.  You will probably want to make sure you can find the disc before doing any of the above, though.

I did all the things mentioned and it still gives me the message "The application Greeting Card Factory quit unexpectedly."

Were you able to find the Preferences file for Greeting Card Factory for Mac?  Also, are you getting this error immediately on launch?  Or is it getting any further into the program before the error appears?
