What kind of copyright do I have to use on a finished item (book) that contains the Nova Development clip art as a component? The clip art files don't show any copyright-specifications. Is it © 2012 Nova Development. All rights reserved.?

There should be an End User License Agreement included with the program. I would imagine that information would be covered in there. If you cannot find it there, you may want to submit a ticket to their Technical Support department. Perhaps they will be able to answer your question.
