Hi,
I have recently installed Webeasy 8 Professional. I have the website up and working but I am having problems wioth OS commerce. If I try to access our shop I keep getting the following error message
"Server Requirement Errpr: register_globals is disabled in yopur PHP configuration. This can be enabled in your php.ini configuration file or in the .htaccess file in your catalog directory"
I have tried nnumerous times to contact Avanquest by sending emails and logging support tickets but absoloutely nobody is coming back to me. Can someone there please help. I t would be really appreciated.
Many thanks
Karen

Hello Karen,
Unfortunately we do not have access to the web hosting accounts for customers who have signed up with our UK hosting services. You would need to contact the UK web hosting team. If you have already submitted a trouble ticket through the control panel, please try submitting a trouble ticket on their software support page by visiting http://www.avanquest.co.uk.
