What version was this prior version of Print Artist?

That program was made by a different company.  I have never seen any of the versions made by a prior company.  Without knowing the root cause of that error message with the old program, it is hard to say whether a newer version will run into the same problem.  As to how to fix it, I cannot say.  Perhaps there is another user with experience with the older versions that may be able to assist you with this issue.

The only thing I can say for certain is that Print Artist 23 will run on Windows XP, Vista & 7.  I have never heard of that error with Print Artist 23 running on those versions of Windows.
