Add "ACTIVE" Item # in Invoice Page

Hi there,

Hope my post finds you well.

I just bought myinvoice and estimates Deluxe V10.

Now I want to add Item # in my invoice page.

I went to Add or Remove Line Items Fields but I didnt find in the available Fields Item #!!!!

I added Column1 to Current fields and rename it Item # so its appears in invoice page But as Only a message!!!

In other words, the Item # is not pulling data from Items List!

4ex: I have already added Item #: 123 with Price X$ and Y Description.

If I put 123 Under Item # then nothing will appear in other columns means its just a message.

My question: how I add Real Item # to Invoice page?

2: We cant search customer by Customer code!!

Well I didn't find my money on the street, Please email me with version 9 activation or fix V10 Bugs.

If I didn't hear u within 48 hour's, I'm sorry, I will Post The Full version (My invoice and estimates Dulexe V10) over the net with Serial.

I called from my country "Lebanon" to the support. More then 5 min's the computer talking and talking and I cant reach them. I lost 5$ :(

The problem is that the Item# is not synchronized with Items List database and no Option to search Customer from Customer #.

These are major and basics things. I dont know how a software is published without making some tests!!

I'm angry because when I tried to purchase the software via Paypal I got message that my country is not authorized to buy this Product!! I asked one Canadian guy to buy it for me. I payed him double amount....

Any suggestion would be much appreciated.
