I cannot used the DVDsoftware, it is blank

I bought athe berlitz Spanish Premier at an Office Depot store and is unable to use it as it will not install, I would like to keep it and try troubleshooting to get it to work, if not I will like a refund. your online directions says to send it back within 90 days and to check the manual for instructions, I read the manuel and cannot find any instructions to return the product. Please give some instructions and address on returning your unused product.
