What access code are you referring to? Is it the Windows UAC that you are referring to?

Jeff, I am not that computer literateand do not know what UACis.. The code is the six blocks of four digits supplied by Avenquest to open up permanantly install the phonetools software into the PC. I would assume that UAC represents User Access Code? If so, then that is what I referred to.

UAC is what is known as User Account Control, and is something managed by Windows. it has nothing to do with our software.

The "access code" you are referring to is actually the license code or serial number that comes with the software. It is asking you to enter your serial every time you run the software?
