I've just upgraded to windows7 and my classic phone tools reports that BVRPNac.dll does not run in this environment. The main interface appears but without the phone logo.
I have downloaded and installed the latest driver for my Dell .Vx modem.
Help please!

I need to confirm your Operating System and System type (32 or 64 bit). You can check this by going to start , right clicking on Computer, and selecting properties.
Also please confirm the version of Classic Phone Tools you are running.

Classic phone tools
The program takes messages very nicely but when played back there is a loud hum in the background. BUT it will not hang up when the caller is finished with the message. Is this a software issue...
