printing bussiness cards

When I try to print on Avery 8876, The cards do not align. The generated card does not seem to center on the each of the 20 cards. only to of the ten seem tobe aligned and can beused. I tried both 8876 and 8371 templates.

Any help?

The software I am using is Business Card Factory 3.0.0.10

Ramji,

Thank you for providing that information.

Now, regarding your printing issue, could you provide a little more detail as to what you are seeing when you print out the cards? For example, does the gap between the cards increase/decrease the further you go down the page?

Also, as a test, use the 8876 template and print the cards to a standard sheet of paper. Then, place the sheet of paper over the previous "bad" printing of the 8876 cards. When you hold it over that previous print, does the text line up between the two pages? Or does the print outs not match each other?

Nope. The space between row of cards seem to shrink from top to bottom of the page.

Vertical Spacing between the cards seem to wrong.

First card starts rather low and third row seem to be best.

Ramji,

Did you perform the test that I suggested? If so, does the print alignment on the sheet of paper match that of the card stock you previously printed on? Or is there a difference between the two?

Yes. The lineup between the card sheet and plain sheet paper is good.

The print out match.

Ramji,

I just want to make sure we are talking about the same thing. When you hold the printed sheet of paper over the printed business card stock, does the text overlap each other perfectly? In other words, you see an identical incorrect spacing on the sheet of paper that you saw on the printed business card stock? Or does the print on the sheet of paper look like the correct alignment needed for the business cards?
