I purchased Bookkeeper and Tax tables. Bookkeeper installed fine but I cant get it to calculate the taxes on payroll checks. Any help will be much appreciated

Did you also install the tax tables? They are done with a separate install. If you open Bookkeeper and then go up to the "Company" tab at the top and then click on "Manage company info" and then click on the "advanced" tab what version of the tax tables is listed as being installed?

Won't refresh
PowerDesk 8.2.1.9 Windows 7 Delete file(s)/folder(s). They most times still show. Window/Refresh - they still show. Have to close PowerDesk and restart for deleted file(s) and/or folder(s) to be gone...

Software won't open
I purchased CArd Studio 2010 and it won,t open up. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but it still won't open.
