How do I disable or unistall Recovery Commander? This pops up all the time and it is slower than heck and it messes up my downloads.

Recovery Commander 3

I had to do an restore point and it5 wiped out my program Recovery Commander 3. When I went to download it again the License Number it said was invalid. Help
