Hallmark Card Studio Select 2012 won't load

I installed this program a couple of weeks ago and first tried using it a week ago. The program opens to the main screen and when I select one of the options (Birthdays, Holidays, etc ) a 'Loading.......

Going to my save folder HallMark it stops working. But other folders are fine.
