I reinstalled Perfect Image 12 on my Toshiba Qosmio X775 laptop after a new motherboard was installed. When I run it, it doesn't recognize my external USB harddrive where the backup files are located....

DOES PERFECT IMAGE WORK WITH SATA 3 AND USB 3. I WANT TO KNOW IF I CAN GET THE FAST SPEEDS FROM SATA 3 AND USB 3. THANKS, DWIGHT
