never used trial

nev er used trial but it says it expired

Hi, I was unable to use the trial as I had to convert .mpeg to .mp3 for it to recognize the songs.  I would like to test the product first.  Is there a way to reset it?

I cannot get the program to recognize and load my media files.  Oh, also my phone does not accept ringtones! I forgot what thread I was on.
